Part of the appeal of creating a custom MAME cab (or anything custom for that matter) is the opportunity to make it truly yours in every way. Putting your mark on it, so to speak. I love to do graphic design, so the first thing I started working on was the graphics for the sides, the control panel and the marquee. While it may look a little narcissistic, I thought a design incorporating my personal design logo and flames would be cool (I am somewhat of a pyromaniac), so I came up with this:

Unfortunately, the proposed location for the the new arcade was the family club room and was therefore subject to wife approval. She didn’t. So the design lives here and nowhere else. It is back to the drawing board…
